Salvation Army (322-3434) can help with electric (Ohio Edison only) taking phone calls Mondays at 9:00 am.
Catholic Charities (325-8715) no assistance at this time
St. Vincent De Paul (322-0838) can help with rent, utilities, and other various emergency financial assistance. Taking phone calls Tuesday or Friday at 10:00 am.
HEAP (325-8366) no assistance currently available
PRC through DJFS (327-1700) can help with various emergency financial assistance, you must have an income and children to qualify.

Springfield Promise Neighborhood's to host SPRING FLING
Spring Fling 2013
May 18th from 12:00 noon to 4:00 PM at the Licoln Park Community Center.
Spring Fling is a neighborhood celebration bringing people together with a meal, building community and learning about services available in their community. If you are interested in providing an information table for your organization, Contact Lacey Davidson at (218)553-0454 or lacey@thinktank-inc.org!

Lead Safe Program
The Lead Safe Program through The City of Springfield is now serving all of Clark County. The program provides up to $8000 per unit to assist with lead hazard control costs through a no interest, no monthly payment, deferred loan. After 3 years, 50% of the loan can be forgiven.

- Must not be palacarded by the Health District, scheduled for demolition, or in foreclosure
- Must be in habitable, safe, sanitary condition
- Must have a child under age of 6 in residence
- Owner must be the deed holder
- Must be current on mortgae payments
- Must be income eligible household
- 2 person below $34,600
- 3 person below $38,900
- 4 person below $43,200
- 5 person below $46,700
- add $3450 per each additional person
